Job Description:

The Compliance Coordinator is expected to proactively keep client websites compliant with specific OEM brand standards each month. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator will keep internal knowledge base articles up-to-date with evolving OEM brand guidelines and provide superior customer service. The Compliance Coordinator is also expected to manage client expectations and communicate with DealerOn's business partners. This is a remote entry-level position reporting to the Manager of Compliance and OEM.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer questions regarding brand compliance guidelines
  • Submit websites and website content to the manufacturer for review
  • Analyze brand and program compliance reports provided by the manufacturer
  • Correct infractions to make websites adhere to compliance guidelines
  • Communicating infractions in customers’ purview for correction
  • Communicate issues clearly to internal resources
  • Work with internal departments to fulfil all program requirement related requests
  • Prepare or update internal compliance training
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in website content management
  • 1 year of experience in verbal and written communication in both business to business and business to customer communications
  • Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
  • Work independently and within the team to complete assignments with limited guidance

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Previous brand compliance experience a plus
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and JIRA

The salary range for this position is $37,500 - $66,300.

The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.

The posted salary range for this position may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
