Stock options
All employees receive a stock option grant as we want you to feel ownership in the Company’s success. The grant starts vesting on your first day at the company.
401(k)
Curbio sponsors both a Roth and a traditional 401(k) plan. We offer a 100% match on the first 3% of compensation and a 50% match on the next 2% of compensation. And, the match immediately vests!
Healthcare benefits
Curbio offers medical, dental and vision plans to all its employees starting on day one of your employment with Curbio! Curbio subsidizes 100% of the employee cost and up to 75% of dependents on standard plans.
Unlimited vacation
Our policy for paid time off is simple: As long as you get your work done and consult with your supervisor in advance, you may take any reasonable amount of time off with pay. For reference, we encourage at least # weeks.
Paid parental leave
Curbio provides up to 4 weeks of 100% paid time off, and then supplement our short-term disability benefit to provide an additional 8 weeks of 100% paid time off. For employees who want to take additional time off, we’ll discuss options for extending leave.
