Marketing Assistant, CRM Administrator | Internship (remote in EU)

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savant intern to join our Hosting Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant / HubSpot Administrator. In this role, you will support the team by managing various aspects of our HubSpot CRM platform, including email campaigns, social media management, blog post creation, and more. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, working with leading technologies and strategies in the hosting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Email Campaigns: Assist in the design, execution, and management of email marketing campaigns. Ensure all emails are optimized for performance and aligned with our branding.
• Social Media: Schedule, monitor, and manage social media posts across various platforms through HubSpot. Engage with our community and respond to queries to increase engagement.
• Blog Management: Contribute to the creation of blog posts, particularly for our Imunify360 and CloudLinux platforms. Support by monitoring and responding to comments and engaging with our readers.
• Contact Management: Maintain and update lists of contacts within HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and effective targeting in campaigns.
• Workflow Automation: Help set up and refine workflows to automate marketing processes, enhance efficiency, and improve response times.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, providing insights that will guide future marketing strategies.
• CTAs and Forms: Create compelling Calls-To-Action (CTAs) and optimize forms to improve user engagement and lead capture effectiveness.
• Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and management of comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across various channels and alignment with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the HubSpot platform and digital marketing tools would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for technology and marketing.
