As a Project Manager within our team, you're not just a service professional; you're a pivotal player in coordinating all aspects of our installation projects. From monitoring progress and identifying risks to managing resources and ensuring customer satisfaction, your role is essential to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create detailed plans for each event based on client needs, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee Installation Process: Ensure the installation process adheres to project scope, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide Technical Support: Offer hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during installation and event phases as needed.
• Conduct Site Surveys: Perform site surveys and assessments to determine optimal equipment placement for maximum coverage and performance.
• Ensure Seamless Project Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Perform Post-Project Evaluations: Conduct evaluations after project completion and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Get Hands-On: Actively participate in the physical setup and installation at events, rolling up your sleeves to help get everything in place.

Requirements

• You've got serious project management chops, ideally in the IT or event sector, and you know how to keep everything on track without breaking a sweat!
• You're a tech wizard with a knack for networking and telecommunications, effortlessly configuring and troubleshooting WiFi and 4G gear.
• We're looking for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and actively participate in the physical setup and installation at events, with hands-on knowledge and experience.
• A multitasking maestro with excellent organizational skills, effortlessly juggling multiple projects at once.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, thriving both solo and as part of a team.
• You're always packed and ready, eager to travel to event locations for onsite project management and installations, with regular weekend work thrown into the mix.
• You've got a silver tongue and a knack for negotiation, easily connecting with stakeholders at every level of the organization
• You're fluent in Dutch and English, effortlessly switching between both languages. Knowledge of French is definitely a plus.
