The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality content, including blog posts, social media content, marketing collateral, podcast and video scripts, and more. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that align with our marketing initiatives and engage our target audience. This role is perfect for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take ownership of their work.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt their writing style to various platforms and audiences. They should also have a basic understanding of SEO best practices and be comfortable working with content management systems such as WordPress and HubSpot. Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, is a must.

Where you’ll work
This position offers flexibility in work location, with the option to work fully remote, hybrid, or on-site at our company headquarters in Fort Worth, TX.
What you'll do
- Create website product pages and landing page content optimized for conversion.
- Write engaging blogs for a technical audience.
- Develop content for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements, including optimization for engagement and conversions.
- Develop in-depth case studies that highlight new product features and showcase partner success.
- Design engaging social media posts that support marketing campaign initiatives.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content initiatives.
- Ensure content adheres to industry policies, best practices, branding guidelines and maintains consistency.
- Ensure clarity, grammar, and spelling in all content.
- Publish content using WordPress, HubSpot, LinkedIn.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to enhance content quality.
- Analyze content performance and propose improvements.

Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $80,000 to $90,000. At Buxton, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent across the United States. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
