United States onlyThe Senior/Staff Accountant will report to the accounting manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Botkeeper, Inc. as well as assist with the month end close and annual audit.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue reconciliation
- Review vendor invoices
- Review expense reimbursements
- Review and reconcile physical corp card
- Manage virtual corp card
- Manage accruals, prepaids and fixed assets
- Post various month end entries, complete reconciliations and update schedules
- Assist with investor reporting
- Assist with state compliance reporting and filing (including sales & use tax)
- Process improvement and documentation
- Ad Hoc finance related projects
- File cleanup
- GL account cleanup
- Assistance with software integrations
- COGS allocation
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online required
- ASC606 experience strongly preferred
- Good communication skills required as you’ll be working with various dept heads and others through the company
