About the Role

As the Director of Sales at Mangomint, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our success. From coaching and developing account executives to diving into CRM maintenance and tailoring sales approaches, you'll drive strategy, motivate teams, and ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations. What you’ll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Account Executives to achieve and exceed targets
  • Jump in to assist Account Executives in driving deals through to close
  • Drive sales strategy and execution, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Dive into CRM systems to maintain data integrity and drive efficiency in the sales process.
  • Tailor sales approaches to meet the unique needs of SMB customers, leveraging your deep understanding of their pain points and objectives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborate cross functionally with onboarding, marketing, support, etc. to work towards revenue goals and establish successful processes
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated experience with an ACV of $7-10k
  • Ability to jump in and assist in closing deals, leading by example to drive results
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with a passion for inspiring and motivating teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and hygiene
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proven ability to understand and address the needs of SMB customers
  • Adaptability and flexibility to tailor sales approaches based on customer nuances
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
