United States onlyAs the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with brand management teams and select suppliers to develop new product innovation, tracking existing product lines
- Manage supply chain planning and communicate orders with first-tier suppliers
- Drive new product development from inception to in-market, tracking and assisting with inventory management
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
- Manage relationships with clients and external partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations management & product development in the Personal Care sector
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations, or other business discipline
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
