We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to help us build the team behind our next phase of growth.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or people operations roles
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience within startups, e-commerce, DTC, consumer brands, wellness, pet, or CPG companies strongly preferred
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar tools
- Familiarity with HRIS or people operations platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, or BambooHR
