Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist

Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist role seeking a proactive and relationship-driven individual to help build the team behind Yumwoof's next phase of growth, primarily focused on recruiting and talent acquisition, with a focus on creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or people operations roles
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing and outreach experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve
• Experience within startups, e-commerce, DTC, consumer brands, wellness, pet, or CPG companies strongly preferred
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar tools
• Familiarity with HRIS or people operations platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, or BambooHR
