Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or people operations roles
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing and outreach experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
