We are looking for a Consultative Sales Closer to join the Education team at Workana, conducting phone calls and consultative negotiations with leads interested in training programs, understanding their context and needs to convert opportunities into high-quality sales.
Requirements
- Conduct consultative phone calls with leads interested in training and digital education programs.
- Understand the context, needs, and objections of each lead to guide them through the commercial process.
- Close sales in a consultative manner, generating trust and a good experience for the client.
- Manage and follow up on leads within the CRM.
- Recover commercial opportunities and non-converted leads.
- Analyze the sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement in conversion and processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams, sharing feedback on lead quality, frequent objections, and customer behavior.
- Act with autonomy and a strong sense of ownership within the commercial operation.
