Senior Project Manager

Join Vonage and help us innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide! The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating and driving execution of large and mid-scale, cross-functional initiatives throughout Customer Success.

Requirements

• Proven ability to work across a variety of teams and subject matter areas including both technical and business teams.
• Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex topics in a clear, concise manner for executives.
• Persistent and results-driven approach, ensuring accountability and execution.
• Experience coordinating fast-moving initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Workspaces
• Proficiency in Jira, Mondays or similar project management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving outcomes and removing obstacles.
• PMP, Agile certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Experience with a leading consulting practice is a plus.
