Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for the expansion of the number of networks that supports the need for the non-acute supply networks and current clients within a defined territory. You will work closely with contracted supply partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders to lower clients’ supply cost, improve their operational efficiency, and increase their overall satisfaction. Individual should currently reside on the East Coast, preferably in MD, NC, NJ, SC, TN, VA or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth targets for the non-acute business of the Networks under management.

  • Direct functional areas within Provista and Vizient (i.e., Membership, Implementation, Sourcing, and Analytics) to accomplish necessary objectives.

  • Determine and implement effective business models and practices to support Supply Network objectives and extend the value of network contracts and program offerings into non-acute providers.

  • Serve as the linkage between Vizient Non-Acute and the Vizient Member Business Ventures team.

  • Support the recruitment, development, and implementation of non-acute business models associated with networks.

  • Develop and manage the non-acute strategy and operational plans for supply networks.

  • Work with provider leadership across Spend Management categories to align Vizient solutions with their priorities, solve problems, drive value, and grow the Provider relationship.

  • Prioritize activities to deliver provider value and contracted NAF/GAF.

  • Utilize internal business insights to highlight Vizient value, mitigate risk, and influence Providers in leveraging Vizient for spend management challenges.

  • Identify opportunities and facilitate conversations with Providers and Vizient resources to improve data capture through ADS/DDS/MDS.

  • Develop and implement provider account plans by creating a non-acute spend management roadmap and activating category strategies.

  • Engage biweekly/monthly with Providers’ non-acute strategic stakeholders to understand their challenges and strategic objectives.

  • Guide Providers in developing KPIs and tracking performance.

  • Identify business issues impacting multiple teams, develop justifications for projects or changes, and connect Providers to Vizient resources and tools (e.g., Category Managers, Catalog, Data Management Platform, SharePoint, aptitude, Vizient Commit Program).

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in a sales and/or account management role strongly preferred.

  • Success in developing sales strategies, achieving revenue growth, and managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.

  • In-depth knowledge of non-acute healthcare market, GPOs and supply chain dynamics, with the ability to analyze business priorities and deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Skilled in engaging stakeholders, presenting value-driven strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and leveraging data for reporting, pipeline management, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
