Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

For our SME Banking product, we are looking for a strong Product Manager that is willing to launch and develop several products and features within ambitious deadlines.

In this role, you will:

• Formulate a product vision and validate it through user research
• Define key metrics
• Organize discovery and delivery processes in the team
• Set tasks for the development team and related areas and control their fulfillment
• Formulate and collect business requirements
• Measure results and adapt product development based on this data
• Manage backlog of tasks and team resources
• Be responsible for promoting the product and its use by customers
• Identify product development prospects, and present them to the team and management both in terms of value to the customer and growth of the bank's performance

Requirements

• You have already developed banking products
• You have experience managing cross-functional teams
• You have a technical background and a general understanding of web services architecture, frontend, backend and database principles
• You know how to manage Agile projects, write requirements, manage backlog and deadlines
• You have designed user interfaces and know front-end analytics systems
• You conducted cust-dev and customer research
• You are able to present information in a concise and structured manner and argue your position in a well-reasoned manner
• You have excellent organizational skills, are persistent in achieving goals and have a logical mindset
