Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in research, 2+ years with user research experience.
- Deep expertise in quantitative UX methods and strategic influence.
- Proficiency in survey tools (Qualtrics, UserZoom, Alchemer), analytics platforms (Looker, BigQuery), and statistical tools (R, SPSS, Python, Excel).
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into strategic product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
