About the Role:

Vision is experiencing significant growth in our SaaS products, and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Account Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early to mid-career who is hungry for professional growth and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. The role combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, offering significant opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include:
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, with full accountability for building and managing a healthy pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers across a defined regional territory through a combination of email, phone, video call, and onsite meetings.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and position our web-based software solution as the right fit.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that highlight product value and drive customer buy-in.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with decision-makers to successfully close new business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales journey.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by addressing questions, escalating issues when needed, and partnering with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related challenges.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with internal teams for onboarding, support, and ongoing customer success.
  • Track activities, pipeline, and results in CRM to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Must be able to travel 50-75% (primarily local travel by car)
Skills and Ambitions:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in software sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline while keeping opportunities organized, prioritized, and moving forward.
  • Strong data and process orientation — disciplined in using CRM tools to track activities, measure results, and forecast accurately.
  • Demonstrated success owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Excellent presentation and demo skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
  • Comfortable working independently with significant autonomy, while also collaborating cross-functionally with Development, Customer Support, and Marketing teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (mostly by car, occasional overnight travel).
  • A barrier breaking attitude with a never-ending drive to help others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
