Regional Sales Director- Mid-Market
Summary of Position:
Verisma is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Director to lead new business development across the Western U.S. in the ambulatory healthcare market. This is a commission-driven role best suited for a self-starter with strong sales experience and a hunger to grow within a fast-paced, for-profit environment. This individual will be responsible for expanding Verisma’s footprint by building strong client relationships and executing our strategic sales initiatives in the assigned region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Verisma’s growth in the ambulatory care segment within the Western U.S. territory
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in line with aggressive sales targets
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution
- Execute detailed sales processes and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Develop multi-level relationships with decision-makers and influencers within health systems and ambulatory care organizations
- Serve as a key voice of the market, offering insights into regional trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Represent Verisma at industry events and local/regional marketing initiatives to build brand awareness
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Marketing, Sales Support) to align solution design, pricing, and onboarding
- Maintain a strong understanding of Verisma’s products, services, and relevant regulations impacting PHI and medical records release
- Embody Verisma’s Core Values in every client interaction and decision
- Perform other duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 2 to 4+ years of successful sales experience, required; ideally in healthcare or health technology
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling into complex healthcare organizations and navigating long sales cycles, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, curious, and adaptable with a drive to win and grow
- Comfortable with 50% travel
