Remote Structural OR Architectural Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator to support a large-scale and technically complex hydric development project combining residential and commercial components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary project coordination within architecture, structural engineering, or construction environments.
• Strong experience coordinating structural steel, architectural, and MEP documentation.
• Solid understanding of construction workflows, technical documentation, and constructability principles.
• Practical exposure to U.S. construction standards, project workflows, and contractor coordination.
• Experience working on technically complex commercial, mixed-use, industrial, residential, or large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to proactively identify and resolve coordination and execution issues.
• Comfortable working in highly collaborative BIM-driven environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
