The Talent Acquisition Brand Manager builds and executes strategies to elevate the organization's employer brand and strengthen talent pipelines. This role owns the full TA digital ecosystem, including the ATS, career pages, and social channels, and leads the creation of recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and talent community initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources or related field
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in talent acquisition marketing or recruitment marketing
- Experience managing ATS, CRM/CXM systems and career page content
- Experience developing and managing digital advertising campaigns
