Sr. DevOps Engineer – Windows On‑Prem for OSIT.Role Summary:Design, develop, and maintain Optum Serve's automated build, release structure, and deployment pipeline for Windows on‑prem applications, supporting CI/CD, automated testing, and multi‑environment deployments.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport a learning organization model through coaching, training, and mentorship.Adapt to unintended consequences of change initiatives and uphold delivery commitments.Work in a DevOps team on tactical and strategic assignments.Automate manual processes discovered during development.Lead projects from inception to production, managing variant applications for successful automated deployments.Required Qualifications6+ years of IT experience with web-based products.4+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting.4+ years of experience with Windows on‑prem hosted applications.4+ years with Azure DevOps, building, managing, and troubleshooting YAML pipelines.2+ years with DevOps teams, Agile methodologies, and Test‑Driven Development.2+ years with continuous integration tools (e.g., Octopus Deploy).Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle.Experience with load‑balancing tools and various deployment models.Ability to travel to the La Crosse, WI office up to 25% as needed.United States Citizenship.Background checks supporting a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance (if offered).Benefits & CompensationSalary range: $91,700 to $163,700 annually (full‑time).
