What we're looking for:

You will use your direct experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager in the Travel Nursing Industry to serve as a partner and key collaborator with our clients to understand their staffing needs. The Account Manager will take initiative, setting objectives and creating actionable plans to deliver results. You will be a resourceful, solution oriented problem-solver, expertly navigating areas such as how and when jobs are posted, upcoming projects or staffing challenges, what the job submission requirements are, and the interview and offer process cadence. You will remove barriers where possible and work collaboratively with the product and Nurse Advocate teams to increase our submission-to-offer rate. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day relationship support required to place and retain Clinicians.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, resulting in a 100% retention rate of current and future accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for growth.
  • Develop new relationships that result in successful additions to our client roster.
  • Gather and track feedback from clients and create reports on the health of relationships and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the Nurse Advocate team to improve standing with clients through higher quantity and quality of placements.
  • Proactively identify and offer solutions to barriers for growth in our accounts and placements.

Who you are:

  • Strategic-thinker. You anticipate future trends, helping the team to understand and use complex analyses to achieve goals. You clearly distinguish and leverage the organization’s key differentiators, incorporating them into a solid long-term strategy. You are highly alert to the future, developing hypotheses and enabling their team to address change, tackle challenges and capture new possibilities. You see the big picture in a relationship and know how the little things you do today to provide value can create big things down the road.
  • Customer-focused. You champion the needs of clients, helping team members deepen insight into customer needs. You have a long-term understanding of client needs, building roadmaps with measurable outcomes that address current and anticipated problems.
  • Influencing & Persuading. You make it a priority to broker relationships and forge connections that contribute to others success and advance Trusted's goals.
  • Personable and reliable. You can create and grow relationships with key stakeholders by providing value and meeting their needs in order to grow these relationships.

You have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in healthcare staffing with direct experience working with RNs, either in Account Management or Recruitment, preferably at a high-growth startup and/or a healthcare or staffing company.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships and growing a book of business with RNs through excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape and buyers (VMS/MSP/Direct).
  • Knowledge of compliance criteria and Joint Commission requirements for RN professions.
  • Worked cross-functionally and enjoy working as a team to achieve a goal.
  • A High School Diploma is required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

We offer:

Trusted, Inc. is the leading digital labor marketplace and workforce management solution for the healthcare industry. We are headquartered in San Francisco but we’ve taken a digital-first approach to building our workforce and the majority of our team resides across the US and abroad.

Trusted was founded in 2017 with a focus on the largest profession in healthcare: nursing. Since then, we’ve taken a process dominated by recruiters and phone calls and converted it to a fully digital experience, connecting nurses directly to job opportunities and handling benefits, payroll, onboarding, and compliance. Our platform provides full employer of record services for employers in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

In 2020, we launched our proprietary staffing platform, Works. Works helps hospitals solve one of their biggest challenges: filling every shift in an environment where demand for healthcare services and labor costs are increasing exponentially. With Works, facilities can create their own on-demand nursing workforce and manage all the details from a single system. Using predictive insights and recommendations, Works helps hospitals react to fluctuations in demand, while its staffing marketplace creates competition to fill open job requisitions with high-quality, active talent.

Trusted has support from top institutional investors such as Craft Ventures, Felicis Ventures, StepStone Group, and Founder Collective, as well as healthcare innovators like Texas Medical Center, Mercy Health, Intermountain Ventures, Town Hall Ventures, and Healthbox. Most recently we closed a $149 million Series C round to fund our next stage of growth.
