Treasury Prime is the leading Banking as a Service (BaaS) company that connects banks and fintechs through an API so developers can start building in minutes and launch in days. Treasury Prime’s full integration into core banking systems gives developers access to a wide range of banking services from opening accounts to making payments to issuing cards. Treasury Prime is looking for a Head of Sales for its fintech vertical. This person will expand the sales team that targets fintechs and traditional platform companies building financial products, rapidly expanding our revenues. You'll be a key member of the senior team at Treasury Prime and build the teams and sales processes required to grow our business.

You will:

  • Hire and manage the sales teams and operations to drive revenue growth and meet sales goals
  • Develop infrastructure, systems, processes, and training programs to support the success of the sales team
  • Support sales team members in developing account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth fintech companies
  • Build inbound and outbound sales strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  • Monitor customer, market, and customer trends and provide feedback to the executive and cross-functional teams
  • Engage with product, engineering, and the executive teams to help drive product strategy
  • Manage key customer relationships and help close key strategic opportunities

You may be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience building go-to-market strategy and sales plans with cross-functional and executive team members
  • Proven ability to hire and onboard account executives and team leaders pursuant to hitting revenue goals
  • Ability to support team members to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft go-to-market solutions across multiple products
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills, for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
