- Hire and manage the sales teams and operations to drive revenue growth and meet sales goals
- Develop infrastructure, systems, processes, and training programs to support the success of the sales team
- Support sales team members in developing account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth fintech companies
- Build inbound and outbound sales strategies to create and nurture opportunities
- Monitor customer, market, and customer trends and provide feedback to the executive and cross-functional teams
- Engage with product, engineering, and the executive teams to help drive product strategy
- Manage key customer relationships and help close key strategic opportunities
You may be a good fit for this role if you have:
- Experience building go-to-market strategy and sales plans with cross-functional and executive team members
- Proven ability to hire and onboard account executives and team leaders pursuant to hitting revenue goals
- Ability to support team members to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft go-to-market solutions across multiple products
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills, for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
