Digital Asset Management Specialist to lead the organization, governance, and optimization of digital assets. Manage the DAM system—developing metadata schemas, enforcing governance, and ensuring smooth integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing a DAM system, preferably AEM within a creative or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially in asset management and site integration.
- Strong understanding of metadata schema design, taxonomy, and digital asset workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and web teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital rights management, accessibility standards, and brand governance.
- Experience with AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets module (professional certification highly preferred).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web publishing workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Jira) and creative platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
