We are seeking a Social Behavior Change and Marketing Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our Social and Behaviour team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art social and behavior change interventions to support our health programs for adolescents and young people. You will also develop and execute content, brand materials, social media engagement, and continuous effective messages to drive demand for our platform membership and services uptake.
Requirements
- Relevant university qualification in social behavior change, health communication, Marketing, community development, Business Management, or similar
- Proven experience in communication, marketing, community development with a track record of managing and growing marketing strategies, brands, influencing social and behavioral change
- Demonstrated ability in setting strategic marketing directions and executing plans independently
- Strong experience in leading agency relationships, with the capability to articulate campaign results and insights
