Head of Product Management - Tietoevry Industry (m/f/d)

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio. Collaborating directly with the Head of Sales, Head of Technology and cross-functional teams, you translate market signals and customer needs into winning products and features. Your passion for user value, agile development, and co-innovation with customers ensures our solutions stay ahead of the curve and deliver real impact.

Your Mission

• Define, refine, and execute a customer-centric product vision and strategy—leading all phases from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
• Own the portfolio and set the multi-year product roadmap in close collaboration with technology, sales, and leadership team
• Champion a co-innovation approach: work hand-in-hand with key customers and partners to identify opportunities and accelerate joint product development
• Gather and analyze market insights, competitive intelligence, and user research to inform prioritization and create a strong, market-leading offering
• Translate complex business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
• Facilitate alignment and communication across departments: ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and empowered to deliver on product goals
• Measure, track, and optimize the success of launches and product initiatives using data-driven approaches
• Act as a mentor to product owners and a passionate advocate for customer experience and product quality

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product management in Software Business —ideally with a background production and enterprise software and in B2B SaaS
• Proven success delivering innovative products in close collaboration with customers (co-innovation)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; expertise in building business cases and balancing competing priorities
• Track record of managing complex roadmaps and delivering products that delight customers and grow revenue
• Deep familiarity with agile development, design thinking, and cross-functional team leadership
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders, engineering, and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams
• Data-driven, strategic, and passionate about building market-leading solutions
• Excellent English skills
