Tickmill is looking to hire a Client Service Officer that will help Tickmill expanding its business operations for multi-asset products dedicated to Uzbekistan.
The Client Service Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive customer service and support to clients by handling trade queries, resolving issues related to execution delays and account management.

What the job looks like?
The Client Service Officer will have the chance to:
- Provide accurate and comprehensive assistance on trade-related inquiries, execution matters, and account management issues in accordance with internal procedures and service standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MT4/MT5 and other trading platforms, including login difficulties, platform navigation, and operational errors.
- Proactively engage with clients to address concerns, provide tailored guidance, and support long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients in understanding available tools, resources, and platform features, and provide general guidance on market-related information without offering investment advice.
- Deliver consistent, professional, and timely support via phone, live chat, and email while adhering to communication quality standards.
- Ensure a positive and seamless client experience by maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and operational integrity in all client interactions.
- Perform English-to-Uzbek translation and localization of client communications, platform content, and internal materials, ensuring accuracy, and alignment with Tickmill’s standards.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Support, or Technical Support role within a regulated financial services environment.
- Native Uzbek speaker, with excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial products, particularly FX, CFDs, and/or Exchange-Traded Derivatives (Futures & Options), which will be considered a significant asset.
- College or university degree in a relevant field.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Professional conduct, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work on public holidays, as required.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00, on a shift basis.
