We don’t limit vacation days
Regular time away from work is important. We have no caps to our vacation time, we just ask that you act responsibly with your work and communicate with your team in taking it.
We have a four-day workweek
We believe in the value of time spent away from screens, so we ask our team to be offline on Mondays. It’s not without exception. Occasionally there is a major company or customer event for which we need our team to be on during a Monday. We also staff support so that there are no interruptions in support, but the support team is still able to have shortened weeks.
