TeamSnap is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager with innovative ideas, a passion for bringing great B2B products to market, and energized by understanding the youth sports market. Understanding our customers and assisting with go-to-market programs will be the key responsibilities of the role. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing Strategy and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and analytics to grow our sports organization businesses.

What You'll Do:
Partner with go-to-market teams, and Product Management teams to assist in defining our strategic product positioning
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to segment the market and influence strategic decision-making
Work closely with analytics to develop actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy
Collaborate with product teams to bring research to bear before and during the product development process
Aid in the overall success of TeamSnap Sports Organization business by increasing customer engagement, product usage, new business adoption, and customer retention
Assist in the creation of product value propositions that will resonate with our consumer audience, advertising buyer personas, and strategic partners
Under the direction of the Director of Product Marketing and Strategy, work on go-to-market plans for the launch of each product feature, brand sponsorship, and strategic partnership
Develop deep product fluency relative to industry competitors
What Will Set You Up for Success:
3 or more years of related experience in product marketing, market research, and/or marketing
Prior product marketing, communications, or marketing experience working in SaaS
Hands-on product marketing experience with B2B products, payment services, or registration systems preferred
Passionate about market insights with customer research, product knowledge, and buyer and user personas
Experience in marketing programs, studying data, and sharing insights as recommendations
Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
Experience with TeamSnap or youth sports tech is a strong plus, but not required
Proven ability to write positioning statements as well as feature and benefit messaging
Ability to create presentations and lead presentations in front of an audience
Volunteer experience with a youth sports organization or working with youth sports management platforms is a bonus

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $75,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota, and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
