Location: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampang, or Cebu National Capital Region (Manila) Philippines
- Maintain and update HubSpot company, contact, and deal records.
- Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data, duplicates, or incomplete fields.
- Ensure all new opportunities have correct associations and required fields.
- Perform light NetSuite CRM updates for implementation opportunities mid-month and month-end.
- Maintain standardized naming and organization across CRM records.
- Set up opportunity folders using the standard naming structure.
- Build intro packs including company logo, basic info, and standard materials.
- Create or enrich HubSpot company, contact, and deal records.
- File and convert survey results to PDF, and update key fields in HubSpot.
- Prepare early-stage materials so Discovery sessions are high leverage.
- Create account snapshots (industry, revenue, employee size, key finance leaders).
- Enrich missing contact and company details using LinkedIn.
- Prepare structured Discovery / Demo prep packs with background and assets.
- Pull and organize relevant case studies, one-pagers, and slide decks.
- Update and maintain opportunity folders with meeting materials and assets.
- Maintain standardized folder structure as deals progress through stages.
- Assist with refreshing sales materials as milestones shift.
- Support preparation of materials needed for internal or client-facing sessions.
- Build proposal packs using standard templates and meeting notes.
- Create proposal visuals and layouts using Canva.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SoWs) and Terms & Conditions from approved templates.
- Assist with order-of-magnitude pricing using established pricing frameworks.
- Maintain an organized, centralized SharePoint library of sales materials and templates.
- Roll over the monthly sales report using existing templates.
- Produce a monthly CRM data quality summary (missing fields, duplicates, inactive deals).
- Flag cleanup areas or data gaps requiring attention.
- Support basic data exports and formatting.
