Stacks is hiring a People Lead to build and scale our people function as we navigate explosive hypergrowth. You'll be the strategic partner to our founders and leadership team, building the people infrastructure, culture, and organizational foundation that will define Stacks as we scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Lead, Head of People, or senior People Partner at a fast-growing tech company
- Track record of building and scaling people functions through hypergrowth (15→50, 50→150+)
- Experience at exceptional companies with strong cultures (top-tier startups, scale-ups, or FAANG)
- Deep hands-on execution mindset — you're a builder who rolls up their sleeves
- Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence
- Experience designing people processes, frameworks, and org structures from scratch
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation
- Excellent coach and advisor to founders and leadership teams
- Clear communicator who can influence and build trust across all levels
- Metrics-driven with a high bar for execution and impact
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and energized by 0→1 building in fast-paced environments
- Experience with UK/European employment law and compliance preferred
