đŒ What we need your help with:
Sqreen is seeking a Revenue Senior/Manager to lead our revenue operational processes and implement efficiency improvements to scale for growth. Sqreen is a Series A SaaS security software startup. This is an exciting time to come in and make your mark at Sqreen! This position will play a key role in building out processes and policies for Sqreenâs Opportunity to Cash cycle.
đ» Day-to-day you'll:Â
> Manage revenue transactions to ensure that they are accurately recorded for the period
> Collaborate with sales reps on drafting non-standard terms for customer contracts and reviewing customer contracts for terms that impact revenue recognition
> Ensure sale orders and customer invoices are created based on accurate information from SFDC
> Engage with customers on collection efforts, while implementing collection strategies and solutions based on history and nature of delinquent accounts
> Oversee sales commissions operations including calculating commissions and drafting plan documents
> Analyze errors during daily operations and utilize lessons learned to drive process optimization and system automation efforts
> Transition transactional processes to outsourced service providers and provide resources with training and supervision
> Play key role in implementing projects related to Opportunity to Cash cycle
> Assist in ad hoc projects as they arise
đ About You:
> Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred
> Public Accounting experience greatly valued
> High tech startup experience is a plus
> Deep knowledge of ASC 605 vs 606 for SaaS revenue recognition is a must
> Prior ASC 606 implementation and system implementation is a huge plus
> SFDC, Quickbooks, Recurly, and NetSuite knowledge is great
> Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
> Analytical problem solver who can prioritize while being flexible in a high-paced environment
> Reliable and able to carry out tasks independently
> Strong verbal and written communication skills who can build cross functional relationships
