Requirements
- Manage level 2 incidents on Salesforce
- Ensure the follow-up of critical incidents and communicate proactively with end-users
- Perform application maintenance activities and recurrent controls on the Salesforce environment
- Document procedures and contribute to ongoing improvement actions
