Solera is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their tiger-team, targeting products with development velocity needs or platforms requiring re-architecting. The role involves developing enterprise solutions, upskilling development teams, and contributing to the next-gen AI SDLC process.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role
  • Extensive Full stack C#/TSQL/React hands-on development experience
  • Self-starting problem solver with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly upskill in new technologies and understand complex enterprise environments
  • Practical experience utilising latest AI technologies to accelerate development (GitHub Copilot preferred)
  • Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code
  • Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally BDD style
  • Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications (desirable)
  • Team lead experience (desirable)
  • Implementing AI solutions in the enterprise (desirable)
  • Process automation (desirable)
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHib actions and Jenkins (desirable)
