Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally in specialty care or rare diseases
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and motivating field-based commercial teams, with strong coaching and performance-management capabilities
