This is an excellent position for a highly capable and successful account management and customer success leader who's ready to take the leap of faith and join an early tech start up with tremendous potential to take over a massively overlooked industry with cutting edge software and data solutions.
The Head of Account and Customer Success Manager will report to the CEO directly, and join the management team to provide business leadership company wide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (in the order of priorities)
Building and managing a team of Account and Customer Success Managers, Implementation reps, and Technical Customer Support reps to take care of post-sale client journeys for enterprise accounts from commercial real estate, municipality, hospital, airport, university, to the parking industries
Enabling 95%+ annual renewal and 50%+ annual expansion/upsell for existing clientele accounts by both enabling the team and taking care of strategic accounts hands on
Recruiting, empowering, and retaining solid Account and Customer Success Managers, Implementation reps, and Technical Customer Support reps
Work with the CEO to refine/improve GTM playbook and strategy
Empower other parts of the company with market/clientele/industry insights
Help lead and build the Customer #1 culture
Successful track records managing, renewing, and expanding enterprise accounts (five to eight figures) for software solutions both hands on and by enabling a team
Great and consistent renewal, expansion, and upsell achievements both hands on and by enabling a team
Successful experience in implementing, user education, success enablement, and technical support for reasonably complex software solutions
Experience in recruiting solid ACSM, Implementation, and (Technical) Customer Support reps
Experience in very early stage tech start ups is a plus
Experience in working with clients from commercial real estate (asset management, property management), municipality, hospitals, airports, universities, parking industries is a plus
