Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets including but not limited to: digital and print marketing materials, social media content, packaging, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and execute designs that meet brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with current design trends in the fashion industry and implement innovative design strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Create visually appealing and effective designs that enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of fashion-related design work is mandatory for application consideration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Proven experience (X years) in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for fashion, creativity, and a drive to innovate and experiment with design concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Experience with photography, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce design and user experience (UX) principles.
