The Coordinator - Education in Emergency is responsible for conducting Rapid Needs Assessments, collecting and reporting data, and coordinating with other team members to ensure programmatic integration. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Services, or related fields, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Education in Emergencies programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Services, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Education in Emergencies programs
- Previous experience and solid skills in mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities and first aid (FA)
- Experience working with community mechanisms and other informal structures
- Good knowledge and experience in the use of institutional norms and guidelines established in Education in Emergency Situations
- Native fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and good command of English (spoken and written)
