We're looking for a Training Certification Program Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of SentinelOne's industry-recognized certification program. This is a greenfield initiative requiring vision, execution, and deep expertise in credentialing and adult learning. The ideal candidate brings strong certification experience, a practical mindset, and a passion for building scalable programs from scratch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in exam development, certification management, or technical credentialing programs
- Strong understanding of instructional design, competency mapping, and learning science
- Experience launching new certification programs, ideally in high-growth and resource-constrained environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing high-stakes exam content and question banks
- Experience with exam development tools (e.g., Questionmark, ExamSoft, Moodle, or proprietary LMS platforms)
- Hands-on knowledge of lab environments or virtualized practice testing tools
- Familiarity with exam standard-setting methodologies such as Bookmark or the Angoff method
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for evaluating question performance data
- Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or psychometrics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Education teams
- High comfort level working through ambiguity and building structure where little exists
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
