Scaling.com is looking to hire a full-time Affiliate Program Manager to build, optimize, and scale a world-class referral engine that turns our happiest clients into an unstoppable source of new business. This role blends strategy, psychology, community-building, and performance-driven growth. You’ll own the referral and affiliate ecosystem end to end—designing irresistible experiences, developing partner relationships, and building systems that dramatically increase participation, engagement, and conversions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, launch, and optimize referral and affiliate programs that drive high-quality client referrals
- Develop compelling incentive structures and messaging that motivate action
- Analyze program performance and iterate using data-driven insights
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for referral funnel performance
- Manage the referral & affiliate marketing budget for maximum ROI
- Create promotional materials: emails, landing pages, social assets, partner playbooks
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to align messaging and processes
- Build and nurture relationships with top referrers, affiliates, and brand champions
- Run A/B tests to refine incentives, messaging, and referral flows
- Stay ahead of partner-marketing industry trends to bring innovative ideas
What You Bring
- Experience in referral marketing, partner marketing, affiliate programs, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of incentive design and referral psychology
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance
- Experience with CRM systems, automation platforms, and referral software
- Project management skills with ability to run multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and client-facing teams
