Role Overview

At SalesAPE.ai, we’re seeking a driven AI Agent Intern to work closely with our internal team. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the business—from product engineers to the operations manager—to help us build, optimize, and refine our AI agent workflows and processes.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to leverage AI to get stuff done and loves working at a high tempo. If you’re a self-managing, growth-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As our AI Agent Intern, you will:

  • Configure and optimize AI agents: Support the internal team in setting up and training AI SDRs, ensuring they’re high-performing and aligned with company goals.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and operations to iterate on our AI agent systems and workflows.

  • Develop best practices: Contribute to building internal documentation and guidelines for prompt engineering and workflow improvements.

  • Quality assurance: Oversee QA, testing, and launch processes for new AI agents, monitoring performance and identifying areas for refinement.

  • Internal support: Help troubleshoot issues and support team members using AI agents in their daily workflows.

  • Drive continuous improvement: Gather feedback and proactively suggest ways to enhance the use of AI within the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • A background or degree in a logical, solution-focused discipline (Maths, Computer Science, Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).

  • A self-directed, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to learn quickly.

  • A history of self-learning through books, courses, or similar resources.

  • A track record of working collaboratively and delivering high-quality work.

  • Strong digital communication skills and comfort using online tools for internal collaboration.
