We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional support and solutions to customers through mobile channels. Key Objectives

  • Deliver timely and effective customer support via mobile platforms.
  • Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information with professionalism.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through clear communication and personalized assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through mobile apps, SMS, and other mobile communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve product or service issues by guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a mobile or telecommunications environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and mobile communication tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy toward customers.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
