About The Role

Rippling is looking for a Sale Enablement professional to join our team. 

The person we’re looking for loves presenting in front of large audiences, understands the value of documentation and is always ready to jump in to help. On a typical day you will review a new product with an engineering team, create a lesson plan for an upcoming training you will lead, and wrap up the day updating our documentation.

What You'll Do: 

  • You are a content ninja. Guided by input from across the company you will build and maintain the material that feeds the entire sales organization. This includes Confluence pages, training videos and product assets. 

  • You are passionate about teaching. With several teams and multiple products, there will be no shortage of opportunities to help our teams grow personally and professionally. 

  • You are metrics driven. Every program we deliver to our internal customers will be measured.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required

  • 5+ years experience working in and/or supporting SaaS sales environment

  • Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with a bias towards action

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
