Resetting the Table (RTT) is a pioneering political mediation organization that equips and activates leaders from all corners of American life to transform toxic political divides and build a shared future. Founded in 2014 as an independent organization (with roots dating back to 2013), RTT brings decades of conflict expertise to an ambitious vision: to build a cohesive, resilient society in the United States.

The organization has trained over 100,000 direct participants across 49 states, reaching an estimated 2,000,000+ Americans through its ripple effects. RTT's innovative approach combines rigorous methodology with strategic audiences, focusing on norm-shapers including faith leaders, higher education administrators, and entertainment industry professionals. Their transformative mediation framework draws from mediation, peacebuilding, deliberative democracy, trauma therapy, and social research to help opposing parties investigate charged political differences and emerge with stronger relationships and problem-solving capacity.
