Reserv is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Protection Resolution Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for investigating and evaluating PIP / MP claims and coverage, and will work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and identify technology and process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Protection
Active adjuster license(s)
Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures
Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions
