Requirements
- 5+ years in application development, preferably with experience in workflow or decisioning platforms
- Hands-on experience with: Frontend technologies: JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, Backend development: Python, Java, or C#, Database systems: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, APIs and system integration: REST/JSON
- Experience configuring or developing within enterprise workflow/case management tools (e.g., GDS Link Case Center, ServiceNow, Appian, Pega)
- Knowledge of credit, fraud, or loan servicing workflows is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, including sprint planning and ticket management in JIRA or Azure DevOps
