About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based HR and talent consultancy to hire for this role. They run end-to-end hiring for technology and professional services clients and need a coordinator to keep pipelines moving.
The role
You'll support the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management. You'll make sure no candidate falls through the cracks and every hiring manager has what they need, when they need it.
What you'll do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CV databases
- Screen applications and summarise shortlists for hiring managers
- Schedule interviews across time zones and manage all logistics
- Keep the ATS up to date with accurate candidate records
- Draft and send candidate communications at each pipeline stage
What you'll need
- Highly organised — you're the one who spots the scheduling conflict
- Strong written English for professional candidate and client communication
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Calm under deadline pressure — recruitment moves fast
Nice to have
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
- Previous recruitment coordination or HR admin experience
- Background in technology or professional services hiring
