About the company

Remote World is partnering with a US-based e-commerce company to hire for this role. They serve a global customer base and need a customer service agent who can deliver fast, friendly, and professional support.

The role

You'll handle inbound customer queries across email and live chat — resolving account issues, processing requests, and making sure every customer interaction reflects the brand well. You'll own your queue and work to clear SLA targets.

What you'll do

Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email within SLA
Resolve order, billing, and account issues or escalate clearly
Log all interactions in the CRM and keep records accurate
Identify recurring issues and flag them to the operations team
Maintain high CSAT and first-contact resolution scores

What you'll need

Strong written English — clear, warm, and professional
Patient and solution-focused under pressure
Comfortable picking up new software and processes quickly
Reliable internet and a quiet working environment

Nice to have

Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience in retail or e-commerce
