Philippines onlyWe are looking for a Dental Billing Specialist to handle the accurate and timely entry of dental insurance claims using our dental billing software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance coding, and claim submission processes. Attention to detail, accuracy, and familiarity with dental billing systems are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and submit dental insurance claims accurately in the dental billing software.
- Review treatment notes and verify that all procedures are properly coded with CDT codes.
- Ensure patient and insurance information is correct before claim submission.
- Track and update claim status in the system, following up on pending or rejected claims.
- Post insurance payments and adjustments when necessary.
- Communicate with dental office staff and insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate claim records for auditing and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in dental billing and claim entry is required.
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, CDT codes, and EOBs.
- Proficiency with dental billing software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
