Lead Generation / Cold Caller / Sales Representative (Remote)
RemoteVA are currently looking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation / Cold Calling / Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, and a passion for sales and client relationship building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, engaging prospective clients, and helping drive business growth through effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain lead lists through online research and outbound prospecting
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and client needs
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Maintain organized records of prospects and follow-up activities
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Introduce company products or services professionally and confidently
- Build rapport quickly with potential customers
- Handle objections effectively and maintain positive conversations
- Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team when applicable
- Follow up consistently with leads to increase conversion opportunities
Sales Responsibilities
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer pain points and offer suitable solutions
- Assist in moving leads through the sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales or lead generation targets
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout all interactions
CRM & Administrative Tasks
- Update lead and customer information accurately in the CRM system
- Track communication history, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Maintain organized reports and sales activity records
- Assist with data management and lead tracking while CRM setup is still in progress
- Collaborate with team members and management regarding lead status and sales updates
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or sales
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Confident speaking with prospects over the phone
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM platforms (or willingness to learn quickly)
- B2B or outbound sales experience is a strong advantage
- Experience meeting sales quotas or KPIs
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt communication style depending on the customer
Work Schedule
- Daily Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
